In the 1990's a ground-breaking program was started in Israel to train women, in-depth, in the the laws of niddah. Once trained and tested, these women are known as yo'atzot halakha. Today, thousands of women a day speak to these trained yo'atzot, seeking information on all areas related to the laws of niddah and other issues pertaining to sexuality and reproduction.
